Event Ticket Purchase Waiver and Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, producers, venue owners, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and all affiliated parties (collectively referred to as "the Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities, including but not limited to those arising from negligence, which may occur before, during, or after the event.
2. Photography & Videotaping Restrictions
Professional photography, video recording, and any other form of recording are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained from the event organizers.
3. Consent to Recording & Use of Likeness
By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the production being created, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, and commercial uses by the event organizers and their affiliates. You waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials.
4. All Sales Final / No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, weather, or acts of God. In the event of postponement or cancellation by the organizers, policies regarding rescheduling or credit may be communicated separately.
5. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at this event is voluntary. By entering the venue, you assume all risks related to exposure to illness, injury, or other personal or property harm that may result from your participation.
6. Wristbands Policy
Wristbands will be provided for all events conducted at the Arizona Grand Resort. Wristbands are required for entry. Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
By completing this ticket purchase, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
